Order Processing & Shipping

Glowlux offers free standard shipping with no minimum purchase requirement on eligible orders within the contiguous United States (48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.).

Our standard processing and delivery estimates are:

• Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days.
• Handling Time: 1–2 business days, Monday through Saturday.
• Transit Time: Approximately 3–5 business days, Monday through Saturday, subject to carrier schedules.
• Total Delivery Time: Approximately 4–7 business days including handling and transit.
• Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping for eligible destinations.
• Delivery Coverage: Contiguous United States only.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off may begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off are normally processed beginning the next business day.

Weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or exceptional order volumes may occasionally affect delivery estimates.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@glowluxinteriors.shop .

Cancellation requests can be approved only before packaging, fulfillment, or dispatch has begun.

Once fulfillment or packaging begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

After delivery, eligible items may be returned within 30 days under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Glowlux accepts returns of both defective and non-defective eligible lighting fixtures within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are also accepted for eligible products within the same 30-day period.

For standard customer-requested returns, items must be unused, uninstalled, in new condition, and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning non-defective items due to personal preference or an incorrect selection.

For approved claims involving products that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, Glowlux covers applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Our restocking fee is $0.00.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging, where available.

We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement fixture, or an approved refund.

Eligible return or replacement shipping costs for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect product claims are covered by Glowlux.
